Product introduction
1. The truck-mounted drilling rig is available in diesel engine drive, with optimized power matching, high transmission efficiency, and excellent reliability. The overall structure is compact, with a high degree of modularization and a small footprint.
2. The rig uses a custom-made heavy-duty carrier equipped with a hydraulic power steering system, with excellent mobility, off-road capability, and lateral stability.
3. The primary brake system consists of a band brake or hydraulic disc brake, while the auxiliary brake system includes pneumatic thrust disc brakes and pneumatic caliper disc brakes or hydromatic brakes.
4. The mast is a front-opening, double-section telescoping mast, available in inclined or upright configurations. It is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for lifting and extending, along with anti-wind guy ropes and anti-tipping guy ropes.
5. The rotary table drive system enables forward and reverse rotation, engagement, and disengagement of the rotary table, and it is equipped with a torque release device to safely release the torque on the drill string.
6. The drill floor uses a telescoping or rotating lifting structure, with flip-type side cantilevers. The entire skid can be hoisted and transported as a complete unit. The drill floor deck height, dimensions, and layout can be customized as required.
7. The drilling rig is equipped with a complete set of ancillary equipment, including a solids control system, well control system, high-pressure manifold, mud pump units, and oil-water tanks. These components can be flexibly matched and customized according to specific requirements.
