1. The drilling rig is available in multiple drive configurations, including mechanical, AC electric, DC electric, and hybrid drives, with optimized power matching transmission efficiency, and excellent reliability. The overall layout is well-designed, using standardized and modular design, offering strong versatility and interchangeability. The rig has a high degree of modularization, ensuring quick installation and easy relocation.
2. The mast is available in A-type, K-type, and other configurations. It is assembled in segments with bolted or pin connections. The lifting mechanism is either segmented vertical lifting or integrated rotary lifting, with a positioning buffer device for smooth and safe operation.
3. The base structure options include rotary lifting, double lifting, box stacking, and telescoping types.
4. The main brake system consists of either a band brake or a hydraulic disc brake. The auxiliary brake includes pneumatic water-cooled thrust disc brakes, electromagnetic eddy current brakes, or energy-saving auxiliary braking via AC variable frequency motors.
5. The rotary table drive system combines mechanical and independent AC/DC drive options, enabling forward and reverse rotation, engagement, and disengagement of the rotary table. It is equipped with a torque release device to safely release torque on the drill string.
