Product introduction
1. The electric-driven offshore drilling rig is driven in a group mode, with individual motors driving the drawworks, rotary table, mud pumps, top drive, and other equipment. The electrical control system is divided into DC and AC control systems.
2.The Drilling Equipment System Module (DES) supports both longitudinal and transverse movement, meeting the operational requirements for cluster well operations on the platform. The Drilling Support System Module (DSM) is equipped with a diesel generator set, air compressor unit, electrical control system, mud tanks, mud pump units, pipe racking system, and other essential equipment.
3. The rig’s drill floor, base, mast, drawworks, driller’s room, mud pump units, high-pressure manifold, diesel generator set, solids control system, and well control system are all designed with a modular configuration. These components have obtained third-party product test certificates ensuring compliance with offshore platform classification requirements.
4. The drawworks features a single-drum design, with a hydraulic disc brake (single or dual disc) as the primary braking system. It can also be equipped with an automatic pipe handling motor.
