1. The trailer-mounted drilling rig is available in multiple drive configurations, including diesel engine drive, AC electric drive, and DC electric drive, with optimized power matching, high transmission efficiency, and excellent reliability. The overall structure is compact, with a high degree of modularization and a small footprint.
2. It uses a specialized heavy-duty semi-trailer carrier designed for oilfield operations, with excellent mobility and off-road capability.
3. The primary brake system consists of a band brake or hydraulic disc brake, while the auxiliary brake system includes pneumatic thrust disc brakes and pneumatic caliper disc brakes.
4. The mast is a front-opening, double-section telescoping mast, available in both inclined and upright configurations. It is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for lifting and extending, along with anti-wind guy ropes and anti-tipping guy ropes.
5. The rotary table drive system enables forward and reverse rotation, engagement, and disengagement of the rotary table, and it is equipped with a torque release device to safely release the torque on the drill string.
6. The drill floor features a telescoping or rotary lifting structure, with flip-over side platforms. It is configured with a single line double bridge system, which detaches during operations and does not bear load. The drill floor deck height, dimensions, and layout can be customized as required.

The drilling rig is equipped with a complete set of ancillary trailer-mounted equipment, including a solids control system, well control system, high-pressure manifold, electrical control system, mud pump units, and oil-water tanks, along with conventional equipment. These components can be flexibly matched and customized according to specific requirements.
